For schools, universities and sports clubs
Padel courts on your site. We pay
We fund, build and run padel courts on your land. You keep the land and earn a share.
Pay nothing.
We fund the courts, the planning and the build. No capital cost to you.
Keep the land.
The courts sit on your site. The land stays yours.
Your people first.
Your pupils, students or members get agreed priority hours on the courts, free for pupils, students and staff.
Earn a share.
We pay you a percentage of the revenue the courts make.
Who we work with
Built into the places you already belong
Schools, universities and sports clubs already have the space and the community. We add the courts and run them.
- Schools

Pupils first. Always.
Courts built around the school day and your safeguarding policies.
- Universities

Students, staff, societies.
Recreational sport, leagues and coaching on campus, with nothing to run.
- Sports clubs

Members first. New faces too.
Member priority and pricing, and four more people through the gate with every booking.
How it works

FAQs
Questions hosts ask first
Does the host pay anything?
No. We pay for the courts and for the work to deliver them. The host doesn’t invest a single pound.
How does the host earn from the courts?
We pay you a percentage of the revenue the courts make from bookings, coaching and events. The percentage is agreed with each host.
Who runs the courts once they’re open?
We do: bookings, access, maintenance, upkeep and the day-to-day running. Your staff don’t have to run a padel club.
Who insures the courts?
We do. TopTier Padel insures the padel club.
Where do you work?
Across the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
