Our story
From Spanish courts to UK schools
Our founder, Alejandro, grew up in Spain, where padel was already part of everyday sporting life. He then went to school in the UK, where sport was at the centre of the day but padel was nowhere to be found. That contrast is where TopTier Padel started.
So we partner directly with schools, universities and sports clubs to bring the energy of Spanish padel to UK communities that are already made for it. The idea is simple: padel should be easy to access, easy to enjoy and easy for a host to offer. You provide the space; we fund, build and run the courts.

Alejandro Pesquero
Alejandro founded TopTier Padel to bring padel to UK schools, universities and sports clubs. He advises a padel club in South London and managed the initial setup of a padel club in Lincolnshire.

Joe Booth
Joe is a strategist and consultant with experience in executive recruitment, business development, international education and padel. He leads operations, site development and partner relationships.
