How it works

We fund it, build it and run it

You provide the land. We do everything else, from planning permission to the last booking of the night, and pay you a share of the revenue.

Four steps

From site review to open courts

What we do and what you do at each stage. You decide at step two.

  1. 01

    Site review

Tell us about your site. We check the space, the access and how the courts would be used.

    We
Look at the space, access, planning and likely demand, then visit the site.
    You
Send us the basics: who you are, where the site is and roughly how much space there is.
  2. 02

    Proposal

We set out the plan: the courts, your priority hours and your share of the revenue.

    We
Propose the number and layout of courts, the priority hours and the revenue share, and answer every question.
    You
Take the proposal to your governors, board or committee and decide.
  3. 03

    Planning and build

We apply for planning permission, appoint the suppliers and build the courts. We pay for all of it.

    We
Handle planning, fund and manage construction, and set up booking and access control.
    You
Agree site access for the build.
  4. 04

    Open and run

We run the courts and insure the padel club. You get priority hours and a share of the revenue.

    We
Run bookings, coaching, maintenance and the day-to-day, and open the courts to the community at other times.
    You
Your people play in their priority hours. You receive your share of the revenue.

Who pays. Who plays.

The money

You pay nothing. You earn a share.

The host never pays TopTier Padel. The money flows one way: from the courts to you.

  1. We pay for the courts

The build, the planning and the equipment. No capital cost to the host.

  2. Revenue comes from playing

    Court bookings, coaching and events.

  3. You get a share

We pay you an agreed percentage of the revenue the courts make.

The space you need

20 by 10 metres per court

Plus a little room around it. About three courts fit in the space of one tennis court. Old hard courts, the edge of a playing field or a rarely used corner can all work. We work across the UK, and every site is different, so we check yours.

What we take on

The hard parts are ours

  • Planning

We apply for planning permission and deal with the local authority.

  • The build

We appoint and manage the suppliers and pay for the construction.

  • Insurance

TopTier Padel insures the padel club.

  • Running it

Bookings, access, coaching, maintenance and upkeep, every day the courts are open.

Next step

Got space? Let’s see if padel fits

Tell us about your site. We’ll check the space, the access and how the courts would be used, then tell you honestly whether it works.
