This notice explains how TopTier Padel Ltd (“we”) handles personal information when you visit this website or email us. We are the controller of that information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools and has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

When you email us

If you email us, we use what you send (usually your name, role, organisation, contact details and site details) to:

• reply to you and arrange a call or site visit;
• assess whether a padel partnership could work at your site;
• prepare and discuss a proposal with you.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing partnerships, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any partnership that follows, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our email provider), with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email info@top-tierpadel.com. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
